Solcius/Change Energy is quickly growing in Wisconsin! We are seeking ambitious Energy Consultants to join our team.

What you’ll be doing:

You will be working with homeowners all over the state to deliver a free solar proposal/inspection. If you are a competitive, confident, self-driven individual, who wants to work for a great company, continue to learn, and grow all while, generating uncapped financial income. In that case, this is the job for you!

There is no solar experience required! We will provide extensive solar training to be able to be successful in this role

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Show up to 10-20 Appointments a week (SCHEDULED FOR YOU!!!)
• Educate potential clients about the benefits of solar while generating interest in renewable energy.
• Working alongside mentors and managers as you continue to improve your skills.
• Increasing knowledge and efficiency with tools such as Enerflo, Solo, Aurora and Setmore.
• Positively represent Solcius and Change Energy internally and externally and proactively maintain customer relations

Position Requirements:

• High level of motivation and a strong work ethic with a coachable attitude.
• We are looking for team players with strong communication skills that have the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation required
• Personal Laptop/Tablet with LTE access required

Pay: $125,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
